Precautions for use
Oil and installation specifications
The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil must meet the NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-9). Before installation, thoroughly clean the pipeline and install a high-precision filter;
Ensure that the pump body is installed firmly to avoid vibration that may cause loosening of the connector or seal failure.
Operation and maintenance requirements
The air must be emptied before starting to avoid starting with load; check the oil temperature (recommended ≤65℃) and oil quality regularly during operation, and replace aging filters in time;
It is strictly forbidden to operate at overpressure (such as the rated pressure of the MPT series is 350bar, and the peak pressure is ≤410bar) to prevent damage to the plunger or bearing.
Cost and maintenance management
The purchase and maintenance costs are high, and the manufacturer's maintenance cycle must be followed (such as checking seals every 500 hours and replacing bearings every 2000 hours) to extend the life;
In case of failure, it is forbidden to disassemble the valve body or adjust the internal parameters privately, and it must be handled by professional technicians.
